Q: My order came in two deliveries. Why has this happened?

A: Big Game Gear has multiple distribution centers located throughout the United States so you may receive your order in multiple packages and even on different days.

Q: I ordered Ammunition and I cannot receive it via 2nd day mail?

A: Ammunition can only be shipped via regular Ground shipping.

Q: Why do I receive multiple emails concerning my order?

A: Big Game Gear wants to keep you updated on your order status. We will send notification that your order has been placed and a notification that your order has been delivered. Other emails you possibly could receive include: "Cancelled", "On Hold", or "Awaiting Credit Card Processing" if any of these issues are relevant to your order.

Q: How do I sign up for the Newsletter?
A: Please enter your email address on the home page in the "Newsletter" section. After entering your email address, just click the subscribe button and you are ready to receive the Newsletter communication straight to your inbox.

Q: How do I unsubscribe from email or Newsletter communications?

A: You can login to your Big Game Gear® account under "Register/Login".  Click on the "My Account."  The page should default to your account.  However, if it does not, click "Update Your Account."  Unclick the box "I would like to receive exclusive discounts, offers, and notifications." You must submit the "Update" button.  In addition, you can always send an email to customerservice@biggamegear.com with "Unsubscribe" in the subject line. Big Game Gear® will delete your account from our system within 24 hours. You are welcome to re-register at any time!

Q: I am an Organization but not a Non-Profit. Can I participate in the Organizational Fundraising Program?
A: Absolutely! Just send us an email or give us a call and we will gladly send you information on our Organizational Fundraising Program. We will ask some questions concerning your organization or business to help us identify whether our program is right for you.

Q: Where do I enter my discount code or organization code?
A: 
If you have a promotional code, discount code, or organizational code, you can enter this in the section provided at checkout. The system will automatically calculate the code into the order.

Q: Where do I enter my gift card information?
A: The person who purchased the gift card will be provided a gift card code in their receipt email. At check out, you can check whether or not you want to use your gift card on the current purchase. 

Q: How do I update my account with my gift card information and find my gift card balance.

A: 1. Sign On to Big Game Gear

    2. Go to "My Account"

    3. Go to "My Gift Card"

    4. You can either add the e Gift Card to your account or e-mail the e Gift Card to a friend.

    5. Use your designated gift card code at checkout.

Q: Why can't gift card purchases be used in conjunction with Organizational Fundraising Programs?
A: Gift Card purchases are not considered an actual purchase of inventory.


Q: How do I send a gift card to a friend?
A: When you purchase a gift card, you will receive an email from Big Game Gear® with a gift card code. Forward this email to your friend and they can redeem it at BigGameGear.com after they register.

Q: How do I change my Account Information?

A: You can login to your Big Game Gear® account under "Register/Login".  Click on the "My Account."  The page should default to your account.  However, if it does not, click "Update Your Account." You must submit the "Update" button.

Q: Where do I go to view my orders?
A: Unfortunately, Big Game Gear does not have the capabilities to view previous orders at this time.  Please check back with us soon because we are always updating information and technology.

Q: Why can't I login?

A: First ensure your username and password is correct. The homepage provides access for those that forget their password. You should be provided with an email for a way to log back in.

Q: Why do I need to register at all?

A: You are not required to register with this site, however, registration will give you access to additional features not available to guest users. You must be a registered user to purchase products, receive our Newsletter, write reviews, or share products via your social network. It only takes a few minutes to register so it is recommended to do so.

Q: I've lost my password! What do I do?

A: Don't panic! While your password cannot be retrieved, it can easily be reset. Just click on "Forgot My Password" in the Login section and enter your email address. A temporary password will be sent to your inbox. We recommend changing your password once you have restored access in the "My Account" section.

Q: Why does my search return no results or limited results?

A: You have multiple options for searching. You can search by Product, Brand, and Price. In addition, you can use our Advanced Search function located just under the toolbar menu. Ensure spelling is correct, that specific key words are used, and that key descriptors are being entered. If you are still having issues, please let us know by sending an email to customerservice@biggamegear.com.

Q: Can I shop by brand or by price?
A: You can shop by both using our multiple search engines. Look at the left hand column on any of the web site pages at BigGameGear.com. You can even search by product or use the advanced search option.

Q: How do I get my picture on the Big Game Gear
® web site?
A: Please feel free to post to out Big Game Gear
® Blog and Trophy Club. Post pictures, stories, etc. about your outdoor excursions, but please keep your information clean as we are a family friendly site.

Q: How do I add my event to your Events section?

A: We partner with many organizations across the U.S. Please contact us to inquire.

Q: The product does not include all of the information I need, what do I do?
A: Please contact us at customerservice@biggamegear.com with "Product Inquiry" in the subject line. We will do the research to find you the answer!

Q: Why can I not return ammunition or firearms?

A: All sales on ammunition and firearms are final. Please see our Policies if you have further questions.

Q: Am I allowed to share this site?

A: You may share the Big Game Gear site through various social media outlets, with the understanding that they are not a corporation or part of a competing site. You may share our site with others assuming it is done in a responsible manner.

Q: Why is my IP screen printed at checkout?

P: Your IP address is like your physical address. We use this solely for security purposes.

A: Big Game Gear® uses a third party credit card verification service to ensure your payments are secure. They utilize multiple security features to ensure your credit card information is kept safe.

A: Definitely! If you are over the age of 18 and looking for a sponsor, we would love to find out more information about you.
