You have 15 days from when you receive your products to make any returns. Big Game Gear cannot accept returns after the 15th day of purchase. You must contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form prior to returning any items. Shipping cost for returning an item is the customer's responsibility. Returned products must be complete in the original packaging and resalable.

Firearms and Ammo cannot be returned.

Opened and/or unsealed DVDs, CDs, and cartography are not returnable unless defective.

Big Game Gear does not accept items purchased at close out or clearance prices to be returned. All of these items are final.

Returned merchandise may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Most products will be shipped UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. Some items may be shipped via freight.

Anything that is shipped freight must be signed by consumer.  Please check the box thoroughly for any damages.  After the consumer signs for the product, the consumer becomes solely responsible for the product. Some products may require minor assembly.  You are responsible for the minor assembly.  If you receive a product and the package is visually damaged, do not sign or accept the package.  After you have signed for the package or it has been delivered to the customers’ destination, Big Game Gear will not be held responsible.

GIFT CARD PURCHASES

Gift Cards from Big Game Gear are always on target. Give the gift of flexibility. Let your special outdoor person shop for what he/she wants.  Over 40,000 hunting, fishing, camping, and marine products available.

After purchase, your receipt from Big Game Gear will contain a Gift Card number that can be forward to the end user. If you are registered with Big Game Gear, your gift card will also appear in your account and you will be able email a personalize message with a gift card graphic. This is an e-gift card.  You will not receive a physcial gift certificate in the mail.  There are no shipping charges incurred on a gift card purchase.  You cannot use an organization or discount codes in conjunction with a gift card order.

Big Game Gear sells firearms only in accordance with Federal, State, and Local firearm laws.

You must be 18 or older to purchase long guns and 21 or older to purchase hand guns. It is solely customer’s responsibility to check your local & state laws.

Federal firearms laws prevents Big Game Gear from shipping firearms directly to individuals without a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL), however we can ship them to a local FFL Holder near you.

In order to purchase your firearm and have us ship it, you must complete the following steps listed below before we can process the information and have your order run as smooth as possible.

• Verify that the firearm you wish to purchase from Big Game Gear meets the laws of your state, county, and city.
• Read and review Gun Safety Rules. Big Game Gear advocates the highest standard of safety for the use of handling firearms.
• Complete your firearm purchase online. You will receive an order confirmation e-mail with your order number within two business days.
• Find a FFL holder near you that will accept the transfer of the firearm for you. This can be your local Gun Shop, Pawn Shop, Gun Range or any other location that holds a current FFL and will help you with your transaction.

• Contact your FFL and tell them you would like to transfer a firearm from Big Game Gear. This transaction is solely between you and the FFL holder.
• Print and fill out our Transfer & Confirmation Form (include your order # on the form): Your Transfer and Confirmation Form can be submitted, faxed, emailed or mailed to us.
• Once your FFL holder receives your firearm, you will need to pick it up.  Upon arrival at your FFL holder inspect your firearm to make certain that everything is acceptable before filling out the necessary paperwork.

**Failure to read and complete all the necessary steps above could result in the delay of receiving your firearm(s).**

NOTE: Ammunition and Firearms must be purchased separately, in two separate orders.

Federal law requires that you must be at least 18 years old to purchase shotgun ammunition and 21 years or older to purchase handgun and rifle ammunition.

• You do not need an FFL to purchase ammunition online.
• All ammunition will be shipped UPS ground.
• We can ship ammunition to your door via UPS.
• When you are checking out, you must select UPS Ground if you are purchasing ammunition.
• Ammunition cannot be shipped air freight, due to shipping regulations.
• Ammunition and firearms must be purchased separately.
• For safety reasons, we do not accept returns on ammunition.
